I hereby agree to participate in the GRiT - Snoqualmie Pass ("Event") organized by Off Camber Productions (OCP) on lauantai 19. heinäkuuta 2025. In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue OCP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the Event, or while on the premises where the Event is being conducted.
I understand and acknowledge that participating in the Event involves certain risks and dangers, including, but not limited to, the risk of serious bodily injury, death, or property damage. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me as a result of participating in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the organizers, participants, or otherwise.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless OCP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the Event.
I agree that it is my sole responsbility to participate in the Event in a safe and responsible way. I acknowledge that the course is open to motor vehicle traffic. I certify that I will obey all rules of the road per Washington state law.
I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in the Event, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I also agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Event organizers.
I grant permission to OCP and its affiliates to use, reproduce, and/or publish photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of me participating in the Event for any legitimate purpose, without compensation to me.
I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this release and waiver of liability, and I voluntarily sign it with full knowledge of its significance.
