The 2025 PaddleNSW Harbour Racing Series is brought to you by PaddleNSW in partnership with Tango Charlie Lights. This race is hosted by Pacific Dragons
Members of PA affiliated Clubs will need their PA Membership Number for entry.
If you don't know your PA Membership number, contact PA Membership Services : Email - membership@paddle.org.au Phone: 1300 232 398 (Option 2) When entering your Membership details (Name, DOB, Member#) please enter the information in EXACTLY the format requested.
ALL paddlers must complete the event registration. For the avoidance of doubt, that means BOTH paddlers in a Double, and ALL paddlers in anything bigger.
Life Jackets and Leg Leashes are mandatory for all paddlers Competitors are to drop-off their craft and park elsewhere.
SPECIAL MARITIME REQUIREMENT
It is a requirment of the Maritime Aquatic Licence issued for this event that ALL paddlers must carry a tracking device, as determined and specified by the race organiser.
To ensure compliance with the Aquatic Licence ALL paddlers must use the Webscorer Tracking App for this race.
The App must be pre-loaded on your Mobile Phone, enabled, and operating for the duration of the race.
Use of the APP is quite simple.
Participant steps
- Participants register for the event at Webscorer website as normal
- Participants install the (free) Webscorer app to their iPhone or Android phone
- Participants sign in to the app with the same Webscorer account created at registration
ON RACE DAY
Participant steps
- Participants must carry their phone during the race
- Participants start the Webscorer app and select “GPS self-tracking”
- Participants tap "My upcoming GPS races" and then tap the race name
- Participants tap “Start GPS tracking” at any time on race day, e.g. 15 minutes before the start
- Participants can then turn the phone screen off and put the phone in their pocket
- The app keeps sending the location at the interval specified in reg setup (e.g. once per minute)

8:38am Wave 3 - Short Course: • All craft, all ages (including SUP)
Boat Numbers Collect boat numbers from paddler check-in. Return boat numbers immediately after you finish paddling. You need to bring your own Race Number holder. These can be purchased when you register or at the event. Remove old HR Series stickers from your craft before you participate in this series.
