Flowduro '24

The Flowduro is back! Come and experience the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of the mountain above Hamriya, whilst racing your bike down three of the most fun trails in the region.

We will ride stage by stage, moving as a group between the stages to keep the fun and friendly vibe going, and to allow you to cheer on your fellow riders!

The race will take place on three timed stages: Rise Above, Don't Look Down, and Don't Black Down. The person with the lowest time for all three is the winner. The people who try all three are all winners. The people who come and just eat some food and enjoy the action are all winners. Everyone is a winner. But not everyone will get a medal.

The race is trash free trails approved. Please don't bring any single use plastic. Locally sourced food and water refills will be available at the stages.
