The Adventure Bike Show 2024 trade stands

Trade stands include 3 staff passes plus camping for 3 staff behind your pitch. If you require more passes or camping please email to secure extra spaces.

All trade stands to be set up in place by 8pm on Thursday 5th September. NO SET UP ON FRIDAY.

All stands are required to offer a discount of some description on their products on Saturday between 10am -12pm. This could be a discount code on your products, a discounted clothing rail or a show special price on your products. This is just to give something back to the customers and we won't have anything going on during this time to give everyone the chance to walk around all the stands. 

Pitch prices are as follows: 

3x3 gazebo £100

6x3 gazebo £150

9x3 gazebo £200 

If you require more space or have an unusual size requirement please email and we will accommodate you. 

Limited pitch availability so will be on a first come first served basis starting with the best pitches first. 

Please also attached your logo in jpeg format to be included in the show booklet.
