SINGAPORE OCEAN CUP 2023
The Singapore Ocean Cup is Southeast Asia's biggest ocean paddling championship, and the most technically challenging. Set on a course that covers Singapore’s Southern Islands, paddlers will be met with surprising water conditions and currents that will test fitness, steering skills and racing strategy.

- Date: 21-22 OCT 2023
- Venue: Emerald Pavilion, Siloso Beach, Sentosa/Singapore
- Mandatory safety briefing: Fri, 20 OCT 2023, 7pm (venue to be confirmed)
Online Registration Dates
Early Bird fees - until Aug11
Regular fees - Aug12 to Sep22
Late fees - Sep23 to Oct07
There will be NO on-site/on-day registration.
*Preferred shirt sizes - subject to availability starting Sep01
Cancellations & Refunds
If you must cancel, please notify us no later than 23 September 2023 at soc@singaporepaddleclub.com.
Cancellations prior to that deadline will be fully refunded, subject to an admin fee of SGD15. No refunds will be granted thereafter.
All OC6 races & OC2 category under Single Craft events
Team captain/one crew member to submit the registration for the entire crew.
You will be required fill in each crew member's details and sign on the online waiver form (to be sent when registration closes).
Pre-race Checkin
Pre-race checkin for the actual race is open during the mandatory safety briefing on Fri, 20 OCT, or on the day.
Pre-race checkin will close 2-hrs prior to each individual event.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
OC6 Men/Women/Mix - Age14
Single craft short course - Age14
Single craft long course - Age18
*For all between Age14 to 18: In order to participate, you will be required to have your parent(s)/legal guardian sign the Liability Waiver during on-site registration and produce an ID to verify age.
*Participation of Underage paddlers - subject to Race Committee, with consideration to safety of race participants

Race Safety Gear
It is mandatory to wear a pfd during all races (buoyancy devices to meet ISO12402-5 for pfds incl. inflatable or waist pfds).
- OC6 crews as well as single craft (incl. OC2) competitors are required to carry a mobile phone and share their live location (as instructed during the race briefing).
- All OC6 will be provided with a safety bag and fitted with life vests, but crews can choose to use their own. Each OC6 needs to carry a spare paddle.
- All single craft race competitors must bring their own pfd, wear a leg leash and hi-viz clothing during the race(s). OC1/2 and V1 must carry a spare paddle.
