- Ben Ward 40 Miler – Saturday 9th December 2023 – A 64km paddling race down the Murray River from Yarrawonga to Cobram VIC. Hosted by Cobram Barooga Canoe Club.
- Thompsons Beach Circuit – Sunday 10th December 2023 – A circuit paddling race held at Thompsons Beach, Cobram VIC. Hosted by Cobram Barooga Canoe Club.
- Murray Handicap Race- Sunday 10th December 2023 - Short course lap race at Thompsons Beach, Cobram, with portage option. Total distance 5km. Cash prizes. Hosted by Paddle Victoria Marathon.

- Paddle Victoria Marathon Awards Dinner– Saturday 9th December 2023 at Koonoomoo Recreation Reserve, Koonoomoo VIC. Hosted by Cobram Barooga Canoe Club & Paddle Victoria Marathon.
- Camping – Camping is available at Koonoomoo Recreation Reserve, Koonoomoo VIC. The campsite will be available from 9am Friday 8th December to Monday 11th December. Hosted by Cobram Barooga Canoe Club.
MURRAY TRIPLE CROWN
Awarded to the fastest male, fastest female and fastest team who complete the three events across the weekend.
PADDLER NOTES
Each paddler MUST register. Register for full distance, relay teams or junior events. Note: Race classes will be allocated based on age/craft and a preliminary start list will be emailed to all competitors on Friday 8th December. Our intention is to create competitive classes to ensure a good race experience for all. Please review the list and contact us immediately if any changes are required. No changes will be permitted on race day.
There are three relay legs on the Ben Ward 40 Miler and Thompsons Beach Circuit races.
Wearing of an approved Life Jacket / PFD (personal flotation device) is mandatory for this event.
DINNER & CAMPING NOTES
ALL attendees wanting to camp or attend the Paddle Victoria Marathon Awards dinner must book tickets. This includes paddlers, ground crew & spectators. Each person registering can purchase tickets for up to 5 people so bring the whole family! Please contact us if you require additional tickets.
Note: If you wish to attend the dinner and/or camp over the weekend and are NOT a Paddle Australia member please email cobrambaroogacanoeclub@gmail.com to book your tickets directly.
Due to catering requirements bookings for the Paddle Victoria Marathon Awards night closes at 5pm on 1st December 2023. Event registration and camping bookings will remain open until 7th December.
VOLUNTEERS
Paddling events require a large number of volunteers to run successfully. If you or someone on your team / ground crew is able to assist in any way please register their details. The organising committee will contact them prior to the event to confirm availability and allocate roles. All volunteers require a current Working with Children's Check.
