2022 DORBA XC Race @ 4R Ranch



ALL age group categories are based off of the age you will be at the end of this year (December 31, 2022).

What time do the races start?

7:00AM-1:00PM - Check In (You must check in 30 minutes prior to your start time and there will NOT be on-site registration) Race meetings are 15 minutes before each race at the starting line.

9:00AM - Pro/Cat 1, Cat 1, Master Open, Singlespeed Open Race Start

11:30AM - Junior 10 & Under, and 12 & Under Race Start

12:30PM - Cat 3 & Juniors 13-14 Race Start

1:30PM - Cat 2 and Singlespeed 2-3 Race Start


RACE FEES:

CAT 1, 2, & 3, and First Time Racer (Ages 19+) -
- Pre Reg - $40 /
- Day Of Reg - $65

Juniors 13-14, and 15-18 -
- Pre Reg - $20 /
- Day Of Reg - $45

Juniors 8 & Under, 9-10, and 11-12
- Pre Reg - $15 /
- Day Of Reg - $30

Kids Krit - FREE




How long is the course? How many laps? What loops?

ADULTS/JRS 13-14
Course: TBD ~ Roughly 6.5 miles per lap

CAT 1 & Open - 3 Laps (18 miles)

CAT 2 (15+) - 2 Laps (12 miles)

Singlespeed 2-3 - 2 Laps (12 miles)

CAT 3 (15+) - 1 Lap (6 miles)

Junior 13-14 - 1 Lap (6 miles) with Cat 3 field


JUNIORS 12 AND UNDER
Juniors course: TBD ~Roughly 3 miles

Juniors 12U - 2 laps (6 miles)

Juniors 10U - 1 lap (3 miles)

Junior Course - Adult Beginners - 2 laps

Junior - Adult Beginner category to the reg page?
For the first time we are offering a non-technical race for beginners of any age on the Juniors Course! $15 for two timed laps.


What color tape are the racers following?

Juniors under 12 follow pink signs and take the 12U shortcut! All other racers follow pink signs. The course is marked with yellow tape.



Are the trails open during the race for non-racers and hikers?

Use your best judgment and be aware of your surroundings. It is not recommended for spectators to linger on the course.
