This individual race will determine who qualifies for the USSMA Worlds Team for the “INDIVIDUAL RACE” discipline.

COSMIC is the official Race Organizer and will be working closely with USSMA and Abasin.



USSMA License PURCHASE HERE
A USSMA membership / license is REQUIRED to complete in all divisions, except Recreation.



USSMA Race Divisions: (male/female for each) *USSMA member / license REQUIRED.

U14 – Shortened race course.
U16 – Shortened race course.
U18 – Shortened race course.

***The individual race will be technical and include multiple boot packs section.***



U20 – Full distance race course.
U23 – Full distance race course.
Senior – Full distance race course.
Masters 45+ – Full distance race course.
Recreation – Shortened race course. (Recommended minimum combined weight of ski/boot/binding is 4500g for the pair.)

Athletes will be assigned a membership division based on birth year. Age is determined on December 31, N+1, where the race year is N/N+1. The assigned division must be used during registration for USSMA sanctioned events to determine points scoring of all sanctioned races for the season.

Long Course – Approximately 4000 vertical feet, Details to come. NO VIA FERRATA

Short Course – Approximately 2500 vertical feet.
