The is a relay is made up of 3 Legs--Men, Women, and Mixed, respectively. The category is by the sum of the ages. Sum of Ages > 756, Sum of Ages < 756, and Juniors/Sum < 324.

The men start at Kiholo Bay and paddle to 'Anaeho'omalu Bay where they will get out between the beach and the buoy and the women will get in and paddle to Hapuna Beach where the same type of transition will occur. At Hapuna the mix crew will enter and paddle to Pua Ka Ilima O Kawaihae Cultural Surf Park to finish the race.

Each team is responsible for the shuttle of their team members to each location. Each team is responsible for their canoe's pick-up and drop-off. Everyone must adhere to the Mayor & Governor Of Hawaii's COVID-19 Protocol. There will be a virtual award ceremony and raffle where the winners can pick up their item's at either Hulakai Location.
