You will be given a google slides business plan to outline your audience, problem, solution, product, compelling offer, team/partners, value cycle, pathway, stream, financial objectives and development objectives. Month 1 will define the audience, classes/locations, resources, partnership, brand, landing page and set financial goals. At the end of the month you will have a clear strategy to implement your sports business. Month 2 is about learning and launching. Creating your partnerships with manufacturers, locations, defining prices, client streams, and finalizing financial goals, branding, marketing and websites. By the end of Month 2 you will launch your business. The third month is about growth & review. Identify any weaknesses or missed opportunities, set up accounting systems, identify key positions for employees with a heavy emphasis on getting volunteers. Set goals for new workshops, events, updating cash flow forecasts with our super duper doc and expanding partnerships. By the end of the program you will have created systems and accountability to automate accounting, social media, client streams, cash flow, partnerships & new programs.
