Checkin and transition open 8:15am-8:45am
Race Brief at 8:55am - All competitors starting at 9am must attend.
Sprint, 3/9/3 Triathlon, Long and Medium Duathlon and Run/Swim Races Start at 9:00am

Have a Go races start at 10am with briefing for this event at 9:50am

We are going to allow some competitors doing the Have a Go events to start at 9am as a trial.
Please select this option when registering to start a Have a Go distance event at 9am if you would like more than 45mins to complete the distance.

Adult non-members $20, School aged non-members $10, max fee per family $40.

Contactless online payment is highly encouraged - Please pay online MTC ASB 12-3143-0336090-000 please use your name, date & race name as reference

Triathlon Course Distances are:
Sprint - 5km run,18km bike (6 laps), 400m swim
3/9/3 - 3km run, 9km bike (3 laps), 300m swim
Have a Go - 1km run, 6km bike (2 laps), 100m swim

Duathlon Course Distances are:
Long - 5km run,18km bike (6 laps), 3km run
Medium - 3km run, 12km bike (4 laps), 2km run
Have a Go - 1km run, 6km bike (2 laps), 1km run

Run/Swim Course Distances are:
Long - 5km run, 400m swim
Medium - 3km run, 300m swim
Have a Go - 1km run, 100m swim

All Races start outside with the run and then finish at the timing mat in the pool area

Traffic management will be in place, but this is to warn other road uses that we are there, the roads are open and riders must obey NZ road rules at ALL times.
Please be courteous to other road users and competitors.

Please register online before 6pm on Saturday prior to the event.
