We Are Betting ‘21 is a Winning Hand!

We are excited to invite you to join us on April 17th for the 14th annual Clot Trot! This will be both an IN PERSON and VIRTUAL event (including on STRAVA). We will have a 1 mile and 5k option.

Here is what you need to do to participate:

-Share on social media (picture, selfie, screenshot of running route, etc) using #clottrot and be sure to tag us! (Facebook/Instagram: @clottrot)

This is a family friendly fitness event for a good cause!

Special 2021 Clot-Trot T-shirts are free for the first 100 VIRTUAL participants and for each IN PERSON participant. Donations are always welcome and can be made during online registration or in person on April 17th. Please remember, the donations go toward hemophilia research and to assist those who are dealing with hemophilia and other bleeding disorders.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES: With Covid-19 Phase 3 allowing for foot races, we have decided to hold a socially-distanced in-person event.
The governor's office has provided guidelines to safely hold foot races and we intend to follow them. They can be viewed here:
https://www.governor.wa.gov/sites/default/files/COVID19%20Racing%20Guidance.pdf.
We expect 100% cooperation from all IN PERSON participants in adhering to the safety rules. We are trying to put on an event that brings a little bit of normalcy back into our lives, and what better way than to put on a fun run. Our start/finish line will look a little different, and you MUST wear a face mask or face covering at all times, except when running or while drinking water.
