Join as we speak with Pam Reed two time winner of the Badwater Ultramarathon 135 miles up hill in the desert heat as she tells her story in their 135 mile run through death Valley California where temperatures rise up to 132 degrees Fahrenheit in the desert sun as we pay tribute to the late Margaret Bradley age 24 Olympic Trials Runner athlete who died on a run in the hot Phoenix desert. How important is hydration to your daily runs and events.
