Due to Covid restrictions we are advised not to travel too far from our home. As a result we are making February's challenge virtual. You can run anywhere, on any surface. Your run must be a minimum of 5k. It must also contain a minimum of 40m of elevation.
As a guide this equates to Crabtree parkrun. Other locations that fit the bill are loops of Pitman close, Brackley Way, Denham Drive (just under 5). In Cliddesden loops of Station Road, Hackwood Lane (2 1/2ish). These are just suggestions.
