Short Course
500m lap swim
3km lap running north from the macadrew bay beach

Long Course
2 laps of swim
2laps of run
Swim - 500m laps in the bay - water start (1 lap for short course, 2laps for long course)
run - 3km lap - running north from transition at Macandrew bay (1 lap for short course, 2 laps for long course)

Timing:
Sign in - from 6pm
Race briefing - 6:15pm - all to attend
Race start - 6:30pm

Members - FREE
Non - members - $10
