Tervetuloa KeUn tehoharjoitukseen. Harjoitus toteutetaan PERINTEISELLÄ hiihtotyylillä. Voiteluvinkki annetaan keskiviikkona.

Tehoharjoitus toteutetaan väliaikalähtöinä 30 sekunnin välein.

Sarjajärjestys on nuorimmista (M/N8) sarjoista vanhimpaan (M/N muut).

Kilpailumatkat tarkentuu alkuviikosta.
