1) Categories (except D & E) contain 4 different options that differ in cover and premium.
Category A All Adult Competitors (14 years +)
Category B All Juvenile Competitors(Person over 6yrs, under 14yrs)
Category C All Junior Competitors (Person under 6 years of Age)
Category D All Single Event License Holders
Category E All Marshalls, Officials, Event Journalists, and Event Photographers

2) License types are as follows: Choose the correct one!
a) CLUB - Club Races only. You won't be able to score points in the National Championship
b) NATIONAL, INTERNATIONAL & REGIONAL(NIR) - Score points in the National Championship. Race in any other county incl GXCC, MXOAN, Dakar Rally, etc.

3) All fees for Category A, B, and C do not incl your annual BMS license fee. This fee is P500.00 per annum.

4) Single Event Licenses are P650.00 and need to be arranged one week prior to the event.

5) Marshalls, Officials, Event Journalists, and Event Photographers fees are P562.11 per annum and includes P200.00 BMS license fees

6) Once your insurance and License fees are paid, you will be issued with a BMS official license card which you will have to produce at every race.

7) No license card or cover note - NO RIDE/PARTICIPATION.

9) You will be issued with an invoice indicating the full amount payable. Banking details will be provided

10) You need start permissions to race in any MSA race. Please arrange this with Rose (+267) 74026695) one week prior to the event. No start permissions will be granted a day before the race.

VERY IMPORTANT: YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR RACE NUMBER WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT OF BMS. PLEASE CONTACT ALIDA IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE YOUR RACE NUMBER. UNREGISTERED RACE NUMBERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RACE IN BOTSWANA
