Welcome to the monthly Triathlon Community training event in the Half Moon and thank you for registering.

There are few changes expected in this month event.

1. Location is moved further up in the same area. This is to allow safer access to the beach, and also gives more space for parking and bike start.

2. We are looking to integrate a timed portion of the bike ride (as a fun race) and the run. Bib numbers will be distributed, and so please register to allow us to test the new timing system so we can continuously improve our events and make them more exciting and lively. We will distribute 50 timing chips to test the system. Registration will close on 24-November - so please plan ahead and register in time.

OPTIONAL
A non-refundable 50 SAR chip rental fee will be charged if you would like to be issued a chip. You can still attend the training if you don't have a chip.

The plan:

Arrive and Gather: 4:30-4:45 AM (organizing committee members will be there earlier for any last minute registration)

5:00 AM briefing by CYCLING groups (A - 37km +, B- 33-35 km, C- 25-30 km) with group leaders involvement.
5:15 AM Cycling starts by Groups (A, then B, then C. )

First part of the cycling will be normal group cycling with Group leader in charge and all cyclists sticking to Peloton cycling rules. After the turn around point, and 5KM before the return to the meeting point, the group leader will indicate start of OPEN SPEED for those that want to.

PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND ENSURE SAFETY IS UTMOST PRIORITY

Dismount line will be clearly shown before entry to transition area.
