2020-21 Plain Valley Adventure Women's 6-Week Ski Program

This 6-week ski program offers a fun way to learn and improve your cross country skiing skills with local women. The first hour will include instruction from certified coaches from both USSA (US Ski & Snowboard) and PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors Association). We will be offering both beginning and intermediate level instruction, covering skiing basics from how to stop, how to fall, how to get back up with confidence and specific techniques to help you enjoy your glide to the fullest. We will begin and end each session in a large group and break into smaller groups for skill development. The second hour will be open group ski time to practice your skills on our Plain Valley Ski Trails.

Program runs: January 5 – February 11, with two sessions of skiing each week, Tuesday (classic ski) and Thursday (skate ski), 1-3pm. We will begin and end each session in a large group and break into two groups for skill development.

**PVAW 2020-21 Winter Season is committed to the safety of our skiers. All events, clinics and instruction sessions are subject to Covid Guidelines.
