2. Email Deposit slip with name, contact no. and preferred singlet or shirt size to axfitnessphilippines@yahoo.com.
3. Fill out and submit Registration Form in this page.
4. Wait for Official Registration Confirmation via email from AX Fitness.
5. Race kit ( singlet, race bib, etc ) will be available for pick up @ AX FITNESS Sta Cruz, Laguna on July 2-September 5 or @ AQUATICO FELICIANO in Caliraya on September 6, at least 1 hour prior to race start.
