Event notes
Due to COVID-19 the traditional Black Bear 40K XC race has been canceled.

This doesn't mean you have to miss racing the trails in the area. You can now race virtually. Your time will be recorded by using Strava. All you have to do register, race & upload your ride.
You have to register to be included in the results so that we know what class you are racing in.

Complete the Strava segment as many times as you would like between Aug 22nd & Sept. 19th. Your best time will be used to determine your placement in your class.
If there is a tie:
The tie breaker for sport and expert is who was fastest down the black bear trail.
For beginners it will be the fastest down the last section of middle ridge trail.

The course is open to other trail users at all times. Please act respectfully at all times.

Registration for the virtual race is $5.00 (+2.50 processing fee)
Every racer will recieve a t-shirt. Shirts will be mailed after the race is over. (Please provide a valid shipping address.)
