CAIRN WILLIAM HILL RACE

Saturday 19th September 2020 – Races start 3.00 pm
Cairn William: 11.0km, 430m climb

Senior Race A-B-C-D-E-F-G-C-B-A (11km)
No junior races planned unless demand is there - but I will need to know in advance!
Senior race will be run in two waves of 20 - faster runners first wave, separated by a few minutes from wave 2.

Registration from 2.00 pm at Monymusk Village Hall

Entries (pay on day), £2. NO ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN ON THE DAY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PRE-ENTRY, PLEASE DO NOT COME! IF YOU DECIDE YOU CANNOT RACE, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR ENTRY

Attention: COVID-19 - It is crucial if we are to be able to hold the race safety and out of respect for the local residents in Monymusk that we adhere strictly to the published guidance from the Scottish Government and the event guidance from Scottish Athletics.

You must not attend if any of the following apply to you:

- Have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days
- Have been overseas to a country on the quarantine list or exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days
- Have COVID-19 symptoms (self-isolate for 10 days) or are feeling unwell
- Have been told to self-isolate as part of the contact tracing measures in place

You must also adhere to the following guidelines:

- 2 metres distance from other participants must be maintained before and after the race at all times
- Use provided hand sanitiser when registering and when entering and exiting the hall
- Wear a face covering (fabric mask or buff) when inside the hall
- Obey instructions from race officials
- There will be no prize givings after the race, results will be shared electronically
- There will be no water or refreshments - bring your own bottle and leave it at the finish or in your car
