- no passing allowed on bike through transition zone
- no personal music devices allowed during racing

Junior (>7yr)
Run (1 x Track 2), Bike (3 x Track 2), Run (1 x Track 1)
(Track 2 is 900m)

Seniors - older juniors and adults
All track 2
Run 2 laps, Bike 6 laps, Run 1 lap
