The BLT Mile a 1-mile timed run held on the BLT Trail for BLT Runners Members on August 3, 2020 at 6PM. You must be a registered member of the BLT Runners to participate. Registration is $6 and there is a maximum registration of 40 members.

This low cost event is a club fund-raiser with all proceeds going to support club operations. Members have an option to add on BLT Runners bib clips to their purchase for an additional $1, or a BLT Runners custom buff for $14. After registering, members will receive an email invoice that can be paid online using credit card.

The event will start on the BLT Trail at the second gate west of the Coke Plant (about 200m down the trail) and finish along Governor’s Lake just before the 2km trail marker. There are no road crossings. The start will be staggered with a runner sent off every 30 seconds from a starting queue with 2m distancing between participants. Those registering will need to submit an expected finish time for start queue organization. Runners will receive a temporary bib for tracking results. Bibs will be returned at the end of the event. Each runner will receive an official time.
