Minimum registration age for 5-K and lake run is 8. Children 8-13 must register with an adult in the same event (exclusive of free kids' run). There is no registration fee for children under age 13. All children under age 17 must have a parent complete and sign a paper waiver, available for download at the GA website.

Pets are not permitted in this event. Strollers are permitted in the 5K walk only.

All races begin and finish at Tolman Corner at the ball field.

Our 5K is an out-and-back along Lake Shore Road. This is a rolling dirt road with some views of the lake.

The 6.8 mile Lake Loop starts on pavement and runs through the historic center of Greensboro Village and then out of town on the Craftsbury Road. The course continues along the eastern shore of Caspian Lake before proceeding uphill to the Highland Lodge. After the Lodge, the route turns northwest and on to dirt road. Continuing on North Shore Road, runners will find their next water stop at Campbell's Corner after a series of hills. From here, the route turns south on to Lake Shore Road (also dirt) and then on to the finish at Tolman Corner.

Check the GA website for elevation info, updates or changes.
