COMPANY OF RUNNERS cordially invite you to our seven-mile festive frolic to give your holiday season a running start.

Your challenge is to self navigate on a trail course in the Essex countryside around Colchester starting and returning to the Princess Charlotte pub.

On completion of the event every competitor will have the chance to select a wrapped Secret Santa gift courtesy of the Company of Runners Elves.

This is a timed event with a start window between 9.30 and 10am. Competitors may start at any time within this window.

Please note that there are no checkpoints on the route, just the start and finish at the Princess Charlotte pub.

There will be no entries available on the day, and runners are not permitted to run with dogs under UK Athletics regulations. This event is held under UK athletics rules. A Trail Running Association permit has been applied for. We cannot permit participants aged under 18.

The trail is a mixture of surfaces so trail shoes are recommended.

All abilities welcome particularly those new to trail running.
