Swim: Estimated water temperature at the water reservoir: Approximately. 22 degrees Celsius.
Bike course: Each round consist of one lap with 4 U-turns 30 km; 70 meters of altitude; Flat.Perfect for time trial bike.
Running track: Each round consist of one lap around the lake and up the temple mountain Doi Kao Kwai 110 m altitude; 4,6 km


Kids Triathlon = 100 meter / 4 km / 400 meter | Kids Duathlon = 400 meter / 4 km / 400 meter
M Triathlon = 500 meter / 30 km (1 lap) / 4,8 km (1 lap) | M Duathlon = 4 km / 30 km / 4,8 km
L Triathlon = 1000 meter / 60 km (2 laps) / 9,4km (2 laps) | No Duathlon for this Distance
XL Triathlon = 1500 meter / 90 km (3 laps) / 18,8 km (4 laps) | No Duathlon for this Distance
