Bike course: Each round consist of one lap with 3 U-turns 30 km 180 height meters, hilly, technically demanding.
Running distance: Each round consist of one lap around the lake, flat 3.3 km.


Kids Triathlon = 100 meter / 4 km / 400 meter | Kids Duathlon = 400 meter / 4 km / 400 meter
M Triathlon = 500 meter / 30 km (1 lap) / 3,3 km M (1 lap) | M Duathlon = 3.3 km / 30 km / 3.3 km
L Triathlon = 1000 meters / 60 km (2 laps) / 10 km (3 laps) | No Duathlon for this Distance
XL Triathlon = 1500 meter / 90 km (3 laps)/ 20 km (6 laps) | No Duathlon for this Distance
