Paddlers, it is with great pleasure for the Guernsey Paddle Club to invite you to
THE HERM CHALLENGE on Saturday the 11th to Sunday the 12th of July 2020.

We have a full weekend of SUP & FUN planned for you:

- The Herm Challenge, a long distance open ocean race of approximately 10km circumnavigating the beautiful island of Herm and Jethou.
- Kids race/relay race.
- Social touring paddle to secret spots.
- Prize giving ceremony.
- Camping (bring your own tent).
- Meal and a great night with music on Saturday at the Mermaid Pub.

The Herm Challenge week-end is all about SUPing, having fun and good laughs in a unique and relax atmosphere!

Please read carefully:

All competitors and supporters will leave from Guernsey harbour Saturday morning 11th at 9am and return at the latest Sunday 12th at 6.30pm.
The full week-end schedule of events will be announced on Wednesday 8th of July according to latest weather forecast.

Entries

Open to Supporters (non-competitors) and Racers on rigid or inflatable 14' or 12'6 race boards or kid's board ONLY (no leisure board class):
-Registration fee for competitor includes your race bib number for the weekend, your own campsite pitch for the Saturday night, the crossing to Herm and back on private boat with all your gears (boards, paddle, tent...), your own Herm Challenge Cool T-shirt (free for the first 15 entries).
£45/adult - £25/under 16
-Supporters or non-competitors are also welcome (please select the relevant entry), fee includes your own campsite pitch for the Saturday night, the crossing to Herm and back on private boat with all your gear (tent, beers, dancing shoes..).
£25/adult - £15/under16

Please note this is a non-profit event (we favoured having a blast over making money!), the entry fee is kept at the lowest possible, no special discounts can be given.
Numbers are limited, entries will close on 14th of June.
