The Team Sprint Relay is a very intense experience! We start on the flat section on Lower Wells Grey near the Sitzmark/Grand National junction. The course heads up Lower Wells Grey to Sitzmark where you turn right and head back along Sitzmark to Lower Wells Grey to the Start/Exchange Zone. Three laps for each team member.

You must keep to the side while waiting for your partner to return, and you need to use good Exchange Zone etiquette. If you're not sure about exchanges, practice on the weekend! Watch some videos!

- Register your team for the race with a suitable name, and enter the team members as well. I need to know you have each completed a waiver.

- If you don’t have a partner, register in person at the Lodge and we will match you up. Special single person registration fee $4.00.

- Registration at the Lodge closes at 6:45 PM as the start location is on Lower Wells Grey and I have to ski up there

- The bib is worn by the second racer so consider that for size.
