“Rio's Dash with Splash 5K” is a run/walk to benefit students at Rio Salado College, providing financial assistance and scholarship funding.

Rio Salado College, one of ten Maricopa Community Colleges and one of the largest online public community colleges in the nation. Rio Salado offers 600+ online classes, 100+ degree and certificate programs and general education courses. The college also provides support for dual enrollment, military and incarcerated students and serves as one of the largest providers of adult basic education in Arizona. THIS EVENT HAS CHANGED TO A VIRTUAL RACE!

Whether you are a competitive runner looking for a new PR on this fast, flat course, or you are ready to run your first 5K, or just looking for a fun, family activity on a beautiful Saturday morning, all ages and ability levels are welcome!

All participants receive a custom finisher medal and T-Shirt.

Virtual option: You may run your race virtually on any day, time or course that you choose. Simply report back your finishing time using our Contact us form at RunYourRaceAZ.com. Race packets will be mailed to virtual participants, if you are unable to attend the packet pickup event on April 2nd.

Note: Shirt sizes are limited to inventory on hand during registration. We will do our best to provide an acceptable size at packet pickup, if you need to switch sizes. Packet pickup location to be announced by email to participants.
