2019-20 Plain Valley Adventure Women's 6-Week Ski Program
Add-on Registration for 2019-20 PVST Season Pass Holders

This six-week program offers a fun way to learn and improve your cross country skiing skills with local women. The first hour will include instruction from a USSA Level 100 Certified coach and the second hour will be open ski time. We will cover skiing basics for both classic and skate techniques, from how to stop, how to fall, and how to get back up with confidence and progress to specific techniques to help you enjoy your glide.

Program runs: January 7 – February 13, with two sessions of skiing each week, Tuesday (classic ski) and Thursday (skate ski), 10am to noon. We will begin and end each session in a large group and break into two groups for skill development.

Plain Valley Adventure Women (PVAW) is a community of women, ages 18 and older, who support the Plain Valley Nordic Team program through volunteering and by registration donations that go 100% to the Junior Program. The Plain Valley Adventure Women’s program brings women together to explore, connect, improve their outdoor skills, and enjoy the diverse outdoor activities our community offers, in a fun, supportive, non-competitive environment.
