Meet outside the Rangers Hut on the 10th November at 3.00pm.

The ground may well be muddy so trail shoes are probably a good idea.

The run will be 5 miles and will be regrouping and we'll have runners at the front and back of the group.

Remember the pub car park is only for the pubs customers.
