Board Categories:

> 14' and under
> Surf Shape: shall be any board 12 feet 5 inches and under with a planning hull and no rudder. Displacement, semi-displacement or concave hulls are not permitted in this class (this category is aimed at newbie racers wanting to have a go that may not have a race board)
>10'6 Prone

Race Format:

> Technical with waves were possible. Course will be announced on Friday before the race

Race Location:

> Somewhere on the coast near Poole! Actual location be determined on the Thursday before the race to get the best race conditions. If conditions look epic to move the event to alternative weekend day, all entrants will be contacted to see if feasible.

Schedule:

> Registration: 8.30am to 9.30am
> Safety Briefing: 9.30am
> Race Start: 10am
> Prize Giving: Half hour after last racer

1. You must be able to swim 50 meters
2. You must be able to stop and turn your board by performing a back paddle
3. You must listen to safety briefings and instructions before taking part
4. You are able to paddle the course distance
5. You must obey all the instructions given by the organisers
6. You must be confident that you are able to paddle in the current conditions
7. Strictly no alcohol is to be consumed before or during the race
8. You must understand that water-sports of any nature can be a dangerous activity. Whilst we make all attempts to safeguard all participants from such dangers, accidents & injuries can happen
9. In agreeing to take part in the race & signing this disclaimer, you are acknowledging these dangers and agree to take part at your own risk
