The second Annual Haunted fairways event will be held October 26, 2019 @ 6:30 pm @ the North Terra Golf Course in West Plains, Missouri. This turning our to be a very fun event held with a Halloween theme. Sunset is at 6:16 that night so Flashlights or Headlamps will be required. There is no outside lighting away from the clubhouse ( start area) so it will be nice and dark when you finish. The course will littered with various Halloween decorations and you may even run into a ghost or two along the way. We are trying to get enough prizes that we can do something extra fun during the run to give everyone a chance at winning something extra. There will be a small distance ran on the roads outside the golf course boundaries at the start just so we can get the distances to come out to 5k (9 hole) and 10k (18 hole). There will be awards for the overall winners and age group medals for both genders in each distance. There is an open restroom on both the front and back 9 holes. Last years runners all had a really fun run and enjoyed the pizza provided afterwards, which we are planning to do again this years. Also like last year the is the option to run this in a Halloween costume of your choosing and the best costume to cross the finish line will win an award. Spooky- we hope so, Scary- not so much, Fun- You can bet your Halloween socks on it. Register now and don't miss what is sure to be the funnest event of the year !
