Come spend the day and get totally immersed in all things biathlon and get ready for the winter season. Submit your questions for Sondre Nordberg at time of registration for optimal discussion.

Lunch provided.

Please bring your rifle and wear clothing suitable for exercise. Loaner rifles available to those who do not own.

*Sondre Nordberg is a mental trainier specialized in elite sports with extensive experience working with biathletes towards such competitions as World Cups, World Championships and Olympic Games. He is a former biathlete (Norway) and the author of the book Dry Fire Training - The Road to Success in Biathlon.
