The CDC and our governor’s prohibition of large gatherings now applies to the Run with Faith, so the 2020 RwF will go virtual. We will not gather at the event site on race day. If you come out to Issaquah Christian Church (ICC) on April 25th you may run into the lawn guy, but that is about it. A virtual run means you run the correct distance when and where you want and submit your results to us. However:

Runners and walkers MUST pre-register through the on-line process before registration closes at 9:30 AM on Saturday April 25th. We have no other way to collect your charitable contributions. Participants will then traverse the 5k or 10k distance on a course and at a time of their choosing and submit results by email to rd@runwithfaith.org no later than noon on April 25th. Results must include runner’s name, distance, and time, along with a mailing address so we can ship the medals you earn. Men’s and women’s overall, as well junior, open, master, and veteran division winners at each distance will receive a specially engraved commemorative medal. Every year we have one or two divisions with NO entrants, so this is a great chance to earn your first winner’s medal: perhaps more so this year than ever.

As always, each registration includes a custom designed T-shirt, but as we won’t be gathering on April 25th arrangements for shirt pickup are still being worked out. Please stand by.

To compensate for the reduced services the registration fee was reduced to 10 dollars on 3/16/20. Still, since the primary purpose of the event is to raise money for our charity many will want to make an optional contribution as you are invited to do during the process.

If you are looking for a way to reach out to at-risk families in our community during these difficult times the Run with Faith is a good choice. Pick a cool spot to run and go for it.
