We have two events: Sprint and 1/2 Sprint (both events can be competed as individual or team relay)

Sprint: Swim 20 laps @ Parowan Pool, Bike 11 miles, Run 3 miles
1/2 Sprint: Swim 10 laps, Bike 6 miles, Run 1.5 miles

Registration includes:
Entry to participate in the race
T-shirt (choose your size wisely; sizes will not be switched out the day of the race)
Breakfast for competitors and their supporters

* Early registration thru. May 31st
$25 Adults
$25 Youth 17 & under
$25 Each team relay participant ($75 total)

* Regular registration June 1st thru July 5th
$30 Adults
$30 Youth 17 & under
$30 Each team relay participant ($90 total)

* Late registration July 6th - July 19th 1:00 pm (T-shirt will not be guaranteed)
$40 Adults
$40 Youth 17 & under
$40 Each team relay participant ($120 total)

* Online registration closes July 19th at 1 pm
* Paper registration due by July 219 th at 8 pm

*Each individual racing on a team, needs to fill out their own registration form.
