VENUE:
GCMX Club Track, Himatangi Block Road, Foxton

ENTRY FEES:
Early bird entries until Friday 5th July (save $20). Standard entries to Wed 10th July. No entries after this date, including no entries on the day.

ENTRY CRITERIA
Open to all riders. No MNZ licence required. Mini Riders must ride stock and accepted / homologated machines. Event organisers reserve the right to scrutineer and eject mini bikes that do not comply.

TRANSPONDERS:
All classes, excluding Mini classes, will be transpondered. Mini classes will be manually lapscored.

REFUNDS:
100% Refund of entry fee in the event of rider injury up to 5 days before the event start date. 50% refund after this date. Medical certificate is required.
No other refunds made once entered unless the class is cancelled. 100% refund of the race fee if this happens

PROTEST COMMITTEE:
Steward, Clerk of the Course, and Rider Representative.

FORCE MAJEURE:
For reasons of Force Majeure, should the meeting or part of the meeting be cancelled, any entry fees refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organisers.
The Organisers reserve the right to alter the meeting format as deemed necessary.

TIMETABLE:
Sign on 7am-8am
Riders briefing to commence at 8:15am
Practice and racing will follow briefing (approx 8:30am)

RACE FORMAT:
Seniors and juniors - Max on 30 on the start gate.
Mini – Max of 20 on the start gate.
No qualifying – entries will be closed once gate is full.

TROPHIES:
Mini riders Trophies to 3rd place, medals 4th place onwards
Junior riders Trophies to 3rd place
Senior riders Trophies to 3rd place
