Thanks for your interest in the Eventide Races, a collection of evening races around parts of the Ilchester Estate just outside of Abbotsbury on the Dorset coast.

Please note you need to be over 12 for the 5k, 15 for the 6k and 17 for 12k race. The 5k race is classed as multi-terrain but the 6 and 12k is considered trail.

The 5k is a daylight race starting at approximately 6:10pm.

The 6 and 12k races start at approximately 7:50 and 7:40 respectively. These are dusk races and the sun will set during the race. All runners are required to wear a head torch for the race.

Race Entries cost if you're a member of a club which is affiliated to UK Athletics or the Association of Running Clubs (or a member of them directly)
£17 for the 5 and 6k
£19 for the 12k

If you're not a member its
£19 for the 5 and 6k
£21 for the 12k

The £2 discount to affiliated runners is part of the race permit/insurance agreement.

If you are no longer able to run no refunds are given, but we do allow you to defer your place to another race or transfer your place to another runner. Deferrals and transfers must be received at least one week before the race.

We have 150 places in the 5k and 300 between the 6k and 12k.

Please note it is ok to enter the 5k and one of the other races but you may need to slight modify your name for the second race, as webscorer seems to have issues with identical names. Eg could add a middle initial to your first name.
