These runs are on beautiful orange and white blazed trails through Virgil state forestlands. The 15k course forms a figure 8; the 7k course follows the shorter, more scenic half of the 15k course, including a climb up to the rock pile where the famed Monster (of the Monster Marathon) used to dwell.
