Recce run for Ninesprings by Night - around 5k

7th Dec at 2:00pm

A chance to see the course from the forth coming races in daylight and practice trail running.

Expect to run around 4.5-6k. Although we can go around twice if people want to. The run will be regrouping and run to be social and chatty.

Don't worry about pace, there will be two of us there and we'll have one person near the front to lead and another at the back making sure no one is left behind. These should be a socialable runs open for all. We'll regroup at regular intervals if needed.

Meeting at the car park by Ninesprings cafe in the Goldenstones car park.
