Runs will start and end at The Firm Family Fitness located at 1610 Freedom Drive in West Plains, Mo

Both distances and runs will start at 9 am with bib/packet pick up beginning at 8 am inside The Firm.

Shelter, Warm Restrooms, Hot Showers will be available to the participants before and after the event. The runs/walks will be mostly through a nice quiet neighborhood with very little traffic and just one hill of any consequence, but even that is just two city blocks long. The course has previously been USATF sanctioned and we anticipate that it will be again. The first event will be ran going one way and the second event will be on the same course ran in the opposite direction.

You may enter either race and either distance however you must register for the 2 run/walk series if you wish to qualify for the series finisher medal. Each event will have a custom designed event shirt and finishers of both races will receiver a series finisher medal Deadline to be guaranteed an event shirt for Goodbye 2018 is Dec. 22nd at 11:59 pm and for Hello 2019 is Dec 3oth at 11:59 pm. We may be able to get shirts after the event if enough late comers sign up but the deadlines are pretty set this time because of the holidays and even shirt printers have families :-). We will order in the Series finisher medals approximately Dec. 26th so please try to register by then or contact us so we can make sure we order enough in for everyone.Thanks !!

There will be refreshments, food, awards, and medals after each event and series finisher medals will be passed out soon after crossing the finish of your second run/walk. There will be custom awards for the overall male and female finishers of each race and medals for the top 3 age group winners ( male and female) in categories of 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over. Each event will have different shirts and different medals and the series medals will be different from the age group medals.
