2018 Swim for the Potomac



The 2018 SWIM FOR THE POTOMAC is now part of the Fish Face Open Water Swim Series. We are offering more opportunities for timed swims in a race setting. Visit our website for more information, dates, and registration, www.waveoneopenwater.com

Fish Face Swim Distances include:

5K or 10K
1.2 and 2.4 miles
750 meter and 1500 meter
and our general swims on our 300 meter course.

Location: North Cove/Commercial Pier at National Harbor, MD 20745

All ages and abilities are welcome.

Swim for the Potomac is dedicated to bringing awareness to Washington DC's grandest natural resource, The Potomac River. Not only is the river home to a growing number of swimming, paddling and rowing competitions, recreation, tourism, but it also supplies the drinking water to most of the metropolitan area. It ultimately lies with each of us to protect the health of the river.

Entry Fees: Early Bird fees begin at $40 for the 18 & U 500m Potomac Splash and increase for all events, 3K, 5K, 10K and 2.4 miles as we approach race day. Register early and save. $10 surcharge for race day entries, if allowed. If you are a member of a sponsoring team, be sure to enter your team discount code in the coupon box below. All entries include a WaveOne Swimming Membership for race day.
