2018 8th Annual HarborFest Tri Distance Swims



PLEASE NOTE:

The 2018 HARBORFEST: Tri Distance Swims is now part of the Fish Face Open Water Swim Series. We are offering more opportunities for timed swims in a race setting. Visit our website for more information, dates, and registration, www.waveoneopenwater.com

August 12 will feature the 1.2 mile, 2.4 mile and 5K distances. Check in time is 7AM at the National Harbor kayak pier.

Fish Face Swim Distances include:

5K or 10K
1.2 and 2.4 miles
750 meter and 1500 meter
and our general swims on our 300 meter course.

All ages and abilities are welcome.

HarborFest open water swims are designed to provide a comprehensive practice for race day triathlon and swim conditions. Swims will be started and timed as the swim leg of a triathlon. Swimmers may choose one distance in the three National Harbor Potomac River courses. Open water swimming experts will provide basic knowledge for beginning and intermediate swimmers for open water race techniques.HarborFest is the perfect opportunity to practice race day swimming without the pressure of a full tri.

Entry Fees: Early Bird begins at $50 and increases as we approach race day for all distances, 750m, 1.2 mile, 2.4 mile and 5K. Entries will be allowed until 7:15AM the day of the races. No Discounts on race day. If you are a member of a sponsoring team, be sure to enter your team discount code in the coupon box below. All entries include a WaveOne Swimming Membership for race day. Registrations made within 5 days prior to the event are not guaranteed T-shirts,
