This event is open to Quad/Roller Skates and Inline skaters who already have some skills in skating. Mini-CAMP Skate IA is a six hour one day camp offering a wide variety of skills and classes. The schedule is not set and will be based on the requests by those attending. However, we intend to include Advanced Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Skills (about 50 different skills to choose from) Slalom, Dance/Jam and others. It is also intended that we offer hazards/hills/urban skating to increase the skill knowledge for the Friday Night Skate. Those registering by Sept 1st will be guaranteed a CAMP Skate IA Tshirt (it will be the same one as the shirt created for CAMP Skate IA in Los Angeles). The Cost of one day of camp is typically $85 but we are offering it to Skate Boston, for those who are already registered in Skate Boston for $50. Must wear helmet and wrist guards to participate. Participants will see improvement in their skating no matter which discipline you enjoy. Participants also will need to sign the below waiver.
