This is the registration for the 2016 Race of the Methow. Online registration closes on Friday, 1/15/16 at 2:00 pm. For lowest cost, register before Monday, 1/11/16.

All racing on Saturday is freestyle. All skiers U10 and older will do sprint format with a qualifying time trial and heats. U8 skiers will do a mass-start, untimed “Lollipop” race.

All racing on Sunday is classic distance format. U10 and older skiers will have individual interval starts. U8 skiers will again do a mass-start, untimed "Lollipop" race.

Racing age is based on how old the skier is on December 31, 2015. For example, if a girl is 14 on December 31, her racing class for the 2015-16 season is Female U16 (14-15). If a boy turns 16 on January 1, 2016, his class is Male U16. Racers may choose to race up in an older category.

Please join us for the traditional awards dinner at Liberty Bell High School on Saturday evening. Dinner is included for U10+ racers who enter for both days and for children under 6. Single day racers, U8 racers, and family and friends need to purchase dinner separately. The dinner will be a burrito bar catered by Twisp River Pub. Dinner is $10 online (by 1/15 6 pm) or $12 at the door. Kids 5 and under are free.

Racers entering for just one day are eligible for a 40% discount off the two-day price. In the discount field below, enter the code "SatOnly" or "SunOnly" as appropriate.

NEW THIS YEAR: Membership in USSA is required for all racers except U8 skiers, and Canadians with a CCC membership.

The lowest-cost annual membership in USSA, which entitles you to enter USSA races among other benefits, is $15. A one-day membership is available for $10. Juniors wanting to be included in points scoring should sign up for a Competitor license. Please get your membership at USSA first (http://my.ussa.org/membership/start), note your member number, then return here to register for the RoM.
