WELCOME TO THIS YEARS ADULT ENTRY FORM FOR "DAWN TO DUSK ENDURO 2026"

PLEASE READ

As of 2026, you are now required to be affiliated with Outdoor Welsh Events (OWE)
You must be affiliated to ride any of our events in 2026 - This is done on the registration form below

The cost is £10 per rider for the year and will cover ALL of our events

 

Electric Bikes are NOW ALLOWED

YOU CAN OPT TO PAY ONLY 20% OF YOUR ENTRY FEE NOW (All extras are charged in full on time of entering)

All monies paid on entry are NON REFUNDABLE "if paid in full 20% will be kept rest refunded"

The remaining balance is due in cash on race day

If insufficient numbers in a certain class then this will be cancelled and an option to change class will be offered.

The registering person is solely responsible for informing all riders/participants named on this form of the following:-

AS A PARTICIPANT OF THE DAWN TO DUSK ENDURO HELD BETWEEN AUGUST 27th-1st SEPTEMBER 2026. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTICE TO CONFIRM YOUR AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTANDING OF THIS NOTICE AND YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ANY INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED THEREIN

1. You are advised that motorcycling and events containing motor vehicles can be dangerous. You confirm that you are familiar with the nature of the event and acknowledge those risks, which are inherent therein, and subject to following, that you ride or take part in the event at your own risk. 2. You confirm that you are in good health, your eyesight is at least that of the standard required by law and that you do not suffer from any illness or disability that might make it unsafe for you to ride, in particular as a result of the consumption of alcohol or drugs. 3. You must ensure that you take proper care and within the motorcycles and your own limitations at all times. 4. You agree to abide by the provisions of the law at all times whilst riding and to follow the indicated routes, if any, and to avoid unnecessary stops and deviations from these routes. 5. You are solely responsible for the consequences of your own conduct and personal safety and for any decision on your part as to your fitness to ride and whether to ride or discontinue to ride the motorcycle at any time whilst it is in your possession or under your control throughout the event. 6. Whilst the utmost is done to avoid any injury during the event, you are solely responsible for your health and safety over the weekend in all activities you decide to take part in, this includes camping. 7. Walters Arena is private land, riding this land is at your own risk. Any decision to undertake in any activity is entirely yours and neither Outdoor Welsh Events or any of its employees or associates are responsible for any accidents that may occur over the duration of this event. 8. The fee you have paid is non refundable, unless we cancel for any reason a full refund will be given. 9. We have the right to cancel any class / race at our discretion if insufficient numbers in that class or race (10+). Organisers decision is final. EACH ENTRANT MUST READ, THIS DECLARATION (If Entrant is under 18 years of age, this form MUST be ACKNOWLEDGED by their Parent: NOT by the Entrant) I certify that the above statements are true and accurate and I understand that my license may be invalid/withdrawn should any prove to be so. I also authorise any hospital or medical practitioner to furnish information relative to my medical condition to ACU. I hereby declare that I have read and understand the rule book of the ACU and agreed to be bound by them together with the supplementary regulations as have or may be issued for the event. I further declare that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and am competent to do so. I confirm that I understand the nature and type of the event and the risks inherent with the sport and agree to accept the same not withstanding such risks may involve negligence on the part of the organisation and / or officials. I further agree that I shall not seek to claim against the ACU, the organisers and / or officials, the land owner, the promoter or other bodies or individuals connected with the event in respect of any damage to my property howsoever caused and whether by the negligence or breach of statutory duty of the said bodies and persons. I further agree that the machine, which I enter and race, shall be suitable and proper for its purpose and that it will comply with the regulations in respect thereof.
