BeerSki Relay

Crested Butte Nordic Center is proud to host the third annual Beer Ski World Championships! Team Relay will consist of racers chug a 12oz canned beer then ski 1/2 mile lap. They will remove their racing bib and hand it off to a teammate. The next teammate will don the racing bib, chug, ski, repeat until all four racers have completed the course. Costumes are strongly encouraged. We will be serving hot dogs and other snacks at the yurt, with additional beer available for purchase. Competitors will receive a drink ticket for an extra post-race beer. Entry fee: $60/team of 4 racers Tentative Schedule: Registration at the Yurt at 11:30 Relay 12:00 Solo: 1-ish, directly after the relay Awards ceremony after each race Race start times are subject to change All participants MUST be over 21, Identification will be checked at registration Beer Ski Participants MUST organize safe transportation home.
