10m course starting on Dando Way (off Wakefield Road) and finishing at the Cricket Club with a 5m option for those coming back from injury or not yet trained up for the longer run. This is the first race in the seasonal handicap series - points at stake for the series trophies (top 3 males and females) as well as trophies for the top male and female on the day (all based on time relative to handicap time). 2023. This will also be the first event in the 2023 Grand Prix.
There will be separate start times for the 5m and 10m runs - more details nearer the time.
